The Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) will host the event from March 20 to April 3, Ali Reza Moaf, the Quran and Etrat deputy of Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance said.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, he said the Nowruz holidays provide a good opportunity for people to benefit more from the exhibition.
Nowruz holidays mark the beginning of the Persian New Year.
This edition of the expo will be organized in two weeks in a more magnificent and more popular way, Moaf stated.
Quality has been given a special emphasis in different sections of the expo, especially the children and young adults section, this year, he added.
Special attention will also be paid to the issue of Quranic governance and governance based on Nahj al-Balagha, he said.
Moaf noted that 25 countries have so far expressed their readiness to take part in the Quranic event, adding that the issue of Palestine and the resistance of the people of Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, and Palestine will be the focus of the international section.
The official went on to say that local Quran exhibitions are also planned be held in 30 provinces of the country in Ramadan.

The Tehran International Quran Exhibition is annually organized by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance in the holy month of Ramadan.
